Due to the generosity of the WUJ Medical Alliance, CASA was able to purchase a variety of books to distribute to the children we serve. They will provide emotional support to these children as they navigate the foster care system.

Special thanks to Burg'r & Barrel for allowing CASA to decorate a tree in their 3rd annual Nonprofit Christmas Tree of Giving.

CASA had a jolly time at our annual volunteer Christmas party! Good food and trivia were enjoyed by all. We also provided a station for volunteers to choose and wrap gifts to give to the children they advocate for. Merry Christmas!

Special thanks to Dr. Kristen Dean from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine for presenting a training on trauma in the wake of natural disasters! This knowledge is so beneficial to our volunteers and staff as we continue to advocate for the abused and neglected children in our area.

Our friends at StrongACC partnered with The Appalachian Association for Children's Early Education to provide free disaster kits to children who were affected by hurricane Helene. They were gracious enough to provide CASA with the kits pictured.
