Mission Statement

The mission of CASA program is to "speak up" for the best interest of abused or neglected children in the Juvenile Courts of Northeast Tennessee through trained community volunteers. The program trains and monitors volunteer advocates. The volunteer advocates strive to preserve the right of each child to a safe, permanent home.
